Sharlotte has 10 plus years working in resource management with a focus on mining projects. Her geology degree and experience assist clients with resource estimation and other related work for New Zealand Petroleum and Minerals requirements.

With significant experience supporting clients in resource management and access arrangements for their projects, Sharlotte has a suite of skills that lends itself to small- and large-scale projects.

A former professional cyclist, Sharlotte has efficiently juggled work, family life and the training required to recently podium at the National Cycling Championships.
